A. Although we specialize in repairing broken screens, Celltreasures may be able to repair other problems with your device. Please email or call us to find out if we can help you with your problem.
Q. What kind of devices do you work on?
A. Cell Phones, Ipod, MP3 Players, Digital Cameras, Laptops, and Handheld Game Units.
Q. What kind of warranty does my repair come with?
A. All of our repairs come with a 180 Day warranty. The warranty only covers the parts we have repaired. The warranty will be void if the part has been physically damaged or has been liquid damaged.
Q. What hours are you open for repairs?
A. Monday – Saturday 12 p.m. – 9 p.m., Sunday 2 p.m. - 6 p. m.
Q. How long does it take to fix my phone for walk-in service?
A. Turnaround time is about an hour while you shop.
Q. How long does it take to fix my phone for mail-in service?
A. Turnaround time is an estimated 24-48 hours if the part is in stock.
Q. How much will shipping be?
A. You can choose any shipping method you prefer to use in order to ship your device to us. We recommend that you use a trackable and insurable shipping method such as UPS or FEDEX. Once your cell phone repair is complete, we offer FREE return shipping via UPS Ground Service. If you would like a faster method, or would like the package shipped back on your shipping account, please contact us to make arrangements.
Q. Does your work void the warranty on my device?
A. Your warranty most likely was voided when your device was originally broken.
Q. Does the estimated price include labor?
A. All prices include parts and labor.
Q. Will my data be lost during your repair?
A. Cell Treasures does not do anything that will lose your data while your device is being repaired.
Q. How do I pay for the repair?
A. Because every repair is different, we cannot take payment until the repair is completed. When we receive your phone, a representative will contact you with a quote and will ask for payment preauthorization.
Q. What if I choose not to have my phone repaired?
A. If a repair is declined, a $25.00 service and shipping fee applies for all declined repairs. This fee can be waived if the customer agrees to donate their non-repairable phone to Cell Treasures for recycling.
Q. What happens if my device is left with Cell Treasures for a long period of time?
A. Cell Treasures will hold onto your device for 90 days, after that Cell Treasures will recycle your electronic device.
Q. Can you backup my data on my phone?
A. Yes, Cell Treasures does offer that service. We can backup or transfer your data to another phone or to a thumb drive.
Q. Can you fix water damaged devices?
A. At the moment, Cell Treasures does not work on water damaged devices.
Q. What if I already have the part that is needed to fix my phone?
A. At the moment, Cell Treasures does not offer that service. |
